Reba CMA Nominated, Headed To "Oprah"
Reba McEntire received two CMA nominations this morning. They are her 46th and 47th nominations, and she continues to be the most nominated female artist in CMA history. She has been awarded six times, including Entertainer of the Year in 1986 and Female Vocalist of the Year four years in a row.McEntire is up for Female Vocalist of the Year and for Vocal Collaboration of the Year for her duet with pop star Kelly Clarkson. "Because of You" also moves up to #2 on the Billboard chart this week.
Earlier today, McEntire and Clarkson joined TV host Oprah Winfrey in Chicago to film an episode for "The Oprah Winfrey Show". Justin Timberlake also joined the ladies. Timberlake and Clarkson performed with McEntire; both appear on the upcoming album Reba Duets, in stores September 18th. The show is set to air the same week.
