"Giants" Adds A Country Giant
The tribute to country legend Hank Williams, Jr., just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Today, CMT announced the addition of Alan Jackson to the stellar lineup.Also appearing on the show will be Shooter Jennings, son of the late Waylon Jennings, and Holly Williams, daughter of Hank Jr.
The two hour special, CMT Giants: Hank Williams, Jr., will be taped live on Oct. 25 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Previously announced performers include Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Steven Tyler, Gretchen Wilson, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Jimmy Kimmel and Terry Bradshaw will make appearances.
CMT Giants: Hank Williams, Jr., will premiere on CMT on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 9/8C.
The Giants franchise began last year when Reba McEntire was payed tribute by some of music's biggest stars, such as Dolly Parton, Kelly Clarkson and Faith Hill.
