Faith Hill has been recuperating from knee surgery, but that hasn't stopped her from recording several projects.

The surgery was the result of an old knee injury suffered while playing softball in high school and normal wear and tear over the years. Hill had to have her kneecap realigned.

"Who has time to slow down?" said Hill. "Doctors had told me to stay off my feet for a bit and now I'm following their rehab program. I intend to be back better and stronger."

Hill released her first greatest hits last fall. She plans on releasing a much-anticipated Christmas album later this year. She was the voice of NBC's "Sunday Night Football" this season.
