Country On-Demand has learned first that Kenny Chesney will be releasing a new album this October via BNA and Blue Chair Records. The album, titled Lucky Old Sun, is expected in stores on October 14.

A representative from BNA Records could not confirm these details until an official release is issued from the label.

The title track, "Lucky Old Sun," is a Frankie Laine hit that features Willie Nelson. The collaboration of the two superstars lead Chesney to produce Nelson's latest album.

The lead single "Everybody Wants To Go To Heaven" is expected at country radio this week and will formally impact on August 10.
